The Acting Municipal Mayor ATTY. MELVIN S. PASCUAL gracefully passed the Symbolic Key of Responsibility and Power to the Incoming Local Chief Executive, HON. SHERRY ANN D. BOLISAY.

It signifies TRUST, RESPONSIBILITY and POWER and continuity of public service to the people of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija. As one adminstration steps aside, another steps up, ready to embrace the challenge of building a better future for the community.

This moment is not simply a change in leadership. It is a reaffirmation of our shared commitment to GOOD GOVERNANCE, TRANSPARENCY and INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT. It is a time to reflect on past accomplishments, honor the the legacy of those who served before and envision new possibilities with renewed passion and purposed for the greater good of people of our beloved General Tinio.

TRUE PROGRESS IN LOCAL GOVERNANCE happens not through individual achievement, but through collective action.
