MANDATE

Establish a sound recruitment and selection system within the organization

Develop and implement policies in all aspects of personnel administration

process appointment other personnel related transactions in accordance with policies and laws

Make continuing analysis of training need, plan and implement capacity development and maintain a complete and updated personnel information system

FUNCTIONAL STATEMENTS:

Implement the CSC Rules and Regulations and Directives on Personnel Matters in the agency.

Attend to queries, concerns, complaints and other matters on human resource management.

Recruiting, screening and selecting qualified applicants

Prepare and process appointments.

Conduct orientation to the new employees.

The HR office is in charge or record keeping.
