Barangay Padolina is organized and established in the year 1965. It has a land area of Five Hundred Seventy Three 20/100 hectares (573.20 has) and the lowest portion of the municipality can be found in this barangay with at least 40 meters above sea level near the Peňaranda River. This barangay is one of the leading producers of farm products in General Tinio.
The 2022 National Tax Allotment (NTA) of this barangay is about Seven Million Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Three (Php7,353,683).
The 2022 projected population and household of this barangay is 5,587 and 1,361 respectively, while the population density of this barangay is 834.61 populations per square kilometer.

Barangay Concepcion is one of the earliest organized barangay in the Municipality of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija together with Rio Chico, Pias, Padolina, Bago and Nazareth.
The Urban Zone Area of this barangay is Two Hundred Nineteen and 20/100 hectares (219.20 has) and it is 1.2 kilometers away from the Municipal Hall of the town.
The 2022 National Tax Allotment (NTA) of this barangay is about Nine Million Sixty Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos (Php9,062,499.00).
Barangay Concepcion is considered as one of the commercial areas of the municipality along the national and provincial road of this town. The home of major bus company the Baliwag Transit Inc. (BTI) can be found in this barangay which is the the main public transport going to and from Metro Manila which takes about 3-4 hours trip.
The 2022 projected population and household of this barangay is 7,330 and 1,845 respectively, while the population density of this barangay is 3,199.36 population per square kilometer. It is the 2nd to the most densely populated barangay in the municipality with an area of 2.19 square kilometer and 3rd largest populated barangay in terms of population size.
East Elementary School is located in this barangay with total enrolees of 667 pupils, 26 teachers with a teacher- student ratio of 1:26 with an existing 26 operational classrooms.
There are 64 business establishments in the area that supply the basic and other needs of the general public. Located in this barangay is the old slaughterhouse of the municipality which is 3-kilometers away from the town proper that caters an average daily butchering of 30-hogs, 2-goats and 6-large animals.

Barangay Rio Chico is the oldest barangay in the Municipality of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija which was formerly known as "Ilog na Munti" by its inhabitants back then. Due to scarscity of water during that time people lived along the Rio Chico River and their were called "Taga-ilog"
The 2022 National Tax Allotment(NTA) of this barangay is about Thirteen MIllion Six Hundred Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Three (Php13,603,693.00).
Barangay Rio Chico is considered as one of the commercial areas along the national and provincial road of this town and considered as one of the key livestock development areas of the municipality. The sand and gravel resources are mainly extracted from the riverside of this barangay as well as the collection of ordinary stone. It is the largest populated barangay in terms of population size in the locality.
The existing Urban Zone Area of this barangay is One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Five and 71/100 hectares (1,425.71 has) while its total land area is about Thirty Two Thousand One and 66/100 hectares (32,001.66 has) and distance between the municipal hall and its barangay proper is about 3.5 kilometers.
The Irrigation Facilities - Communal Irrigation System such as Dikes and Small Water Impounding Project (SWIP) were also present in this barangay and the service areas of this irrigation system are Rio Chico Arubo, Rio Chico Pantay, Rio Chico Sta. Ana, Rio Chico Badilla, Rio Chico Binumbunan with irrigable areas of 20, 40, 50, 25, 40 and 25 hectares, respectively.
The 2022 projected population and household of this barangay is 11,963 and 2,533 respectively, while the population density of this barangay is 31.45 population per square kilometer, 9th among the most densely populated barangay in the municipality with an area of 320.02 square kilometer.
There are 5-Elementary Schools in this barangay namely: (Rio Chico, Sibug, Bulak, Greenland and Minalungao) with an enrolees of 964, 200, 64, 219 and 116 for a total of 1,563 pupils. 53 teaching force manned the aforementioned schools with 56 operational classrooms.Rio Chico National High School is the secondary school in this barangay with a total enrolees of 641, manned by 22-Teachers with 22 operational classrooms.
There are Two (2) private subdivision operating in the area (Rivulet Subdivision and Rolling Homes Subdivision) with an area of 50,000 sq. m. and 36,700 sq. m. respectively. Palas Resort were also present in the area a multi-functional resort facilities for team building, retreat and family gatherings.
There are Seventy Four (74) business establishments operating in this barangay that supply the basic and other needs of the people. In-land fishing grounds were also present that produces 20-metric tons of fish annually with 140/kilo market value for 2,000 local consumers.
Post-Harvest Facilities and support can also be found in this barangay such as milling, market centers, warehouse, flatbed dryer, duct hose and fish storage and processing. Bridges of Pantay and Macabaclay plays a big role in connectiong remote areas of the municipality.
There are Four (4) Freshwater sources in Barangay Rio Chico and these are the rivers of Bugnan, Chico, Coronel and Sumacbao, while there are 581 existing water connections for 2,905 households with an average water daily consumption of 20.19 cubic meters. Barangay Pias is the gateway to the world renowned Minalungao National Park of the municipality. It is the the 3rd largest barangay in terms of its land area. The highest peak of this town can also be found in this barangay with 1,203 meters above sea level(masl). The headwater and the tributaries of Catmon Rivera are sitting within the mountainous portion of this barangay draining to Angat Watershed Reservation.
Sumacbao River the largest tributary of Peñaranda River is located at the territorial boundary this barangay and traversing the small patch of the Municipality of Doña Remedios Trinidad in Bulacan.
The 2022 National Tax Allotment (NTA) of this barangay is about Nine Millon Seven Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Three (Php9,783,373.00).
Barangay Pias is considered as agro-industrial site of the municipality. It is also the hub of boulders and marble minerals which is essential materials for construction. Aside from Minalungao National Park, this barangay also have Villa Corazon for recreational facility for family gatherings, meetings, reunions and other events.
The existing Urban Zone Area of this barangay is Five Hundred Twenty Six and 87/100 hectares (526.87 has.) while its total land area is about Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Forty One and 53/100 hectares (13,141.53 has) and the distance between the municipal hall and its barangay proper is about 4.2 kilometers. There are 33 business establisments operating in the area. Fish cages is being introduce for aquaculture production.
Agricultural Support Facilities - milling, warehouse, solar dryer, flatbed dryer, duct hose/dryer, fish storage and drum seeder can be found in Barangay Pias that support the growing needs of farmers in the area. The Old and and New Pias Bridge serves as the backbone of tourism related establishments in the area especially during the peak season of Minalungao National Park and other tourism destination in the municipality.
Irrigation Facilities such as dikes were also present in Barangay Pias wherein Eighty hectares (80 has) is being served by the said facility. Additional water source in the municipality is being considered to be constructed in this barangay which is the Balintingon Dam.

Barangay Nazareth is the host barangay to the newly open dam of the municipality the Upper Tabuating Irrigation Project (UTIP) which was designed for tourism, aquaculture, cash crops and power generation. The forestlands of Barangays Nazareth and Rio Chico originates the **Bugnan River ** and Coronel River that drains to the adjacent Municipalities of Laur and Gabaldon.
The existing Urban Zone Areaof this barangay is One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Nine and 85/100 (1,749.85 has.) in relation thereto, One Hundred Sixty Two and 14/100 hectares (162.14 has)* were proposed for Eco-Tourism Area and additional Fifty hectares (50 has) for Agri-industrial site. Livestock and aquaculture development area can also be found in this barangay.
The Total Land Area of this barangay is about Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred hectares (16,300.00 has) while the distance between the municipal hall and its barangay proper is about 9 kilometers. Barangay Nazareth is the site for large scale development for residential subdivisions like ***Irenea Real Estate *** with an area of 336,345 square meters with 5,000 units of raw houses and Nazareth Hills Residences with an area of 135,532 square meters divided into 276 lots and the likes.

The land area of this barangay is Five Hundred Nineteen and 5/100 hectares (519.05 has) and one of the urban zone of the municipality.
It is the haven of resting souls in the locality for it is the host barangay for public and private cemeteries and memorial park which includes the *Old cemetery (2,693 sq. m.), New Municipal Cemetery (4,264 sq. m.), Ave Maria Cemetery (27,995 sq. m.), Bulacan Cemetery(13,402 sq. m.), Bautista Cemetery (1,147 sq. m.), Pajarillaga Cemetery (5,759 sq. m.), Himlayan Cemetery(8,700 sq. m.), **Glorious Cemetery *(15,041 sq. m.) and CT Memorial Park (4,720 sq. m.).

The total land area of this barangay is One Hundred Twenty Two Hectares (122.35 has.). It is 1.2 kilometers away from the municipal hall of the town. There are 28 business establisments in the area that supply the basic and other needs of the community.

Marcos together with San Pedro, Poblacion Central, West, East, and Pulong Matong.
The total land area of this barangay is Forty Seven Hectares (47 has) and it is 265 meters away from the Municipal Hall of the town.

Barangay Bago is the one of the oldest barangay in the municipality of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija and it is considered as one of the urban zone of the locality with a total land area of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty Five and 55/100 (1,185.55 has.). The distance of this barangay from the municipal hall is about Eleven (11) kilometers.
This barangay is one of the key livestock development areas together with the barangays of Rio Chico, San Pedro and Nazareth that provides sizeable employment. There are 51 business establishments in the area that supply the basic and other needs of the community and one (1) private cemetery the Bago-Nazareth Memorial Park with an area of 50,350 square meter.
The Irrigation Facilities - Communal Irrigation System were also present in this barangay and the irrigable areas of this irrigation system in this barangay is about 45 hectares.
The 2022 National Tax Allotment(NTA) of this barangay is about Six Millon Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Three Pesos (Php6,098,673.00) to be used in providing basic services and to finance other development activities.
The 2022 projected population and household of this barangay is 4,306 and 964 respectively, while the population density of this barangay is 363.07 population per square kilometer within an area of 11.86 square kilometer.
In terms of Electric Service, there are 1,069 household served by NEECO II-Area 2 comprising of 8.36% of the total consumers of the municipality.
In terms of Education, there are private and public schools in the area and these are Bago Elementary School, B.C. Achievers' Integrated School, Inc., Christian Lights Academy of Nueva Ecija and Lino P. Bernardo National High School with an enrolees of 398, 188, 84 and 902 respectively for a total of 1,572 learners. 81 teaching force manned the aforementioned schools with 59 operational classrooms.*

Barangay Poblacion East is second to the smallest barangay in the Municipality of General Tinio. Its land area is Sixty Eight and 35/100 hectares (68.35 has) and this barangay belongs to the Urban and commercial area of the municipality that lies along the Gapan-Fort Magsaysay road of this town.
The 2022 National Tax Allotment (NTA) of this barangay is about Seven Million Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Three (Php7,353,683).
The 2022 projected population and household of this barangay is 1,643 and 422 respectively, while the population density of this barangay is 2,310.17 populations per square kilometer.
Barangay Poblacion East has 246 existing water connections for 1,230 households with an average water daily consumption of 20.05 cubic meters. Municipals’ water source such as tanks and pumps can also be found in this barangay. There are 290 household served by NEECO II-Area 2 comprising of 2.27% of the total electric consumers of the municipality.
The waste generation of this barangay is about 202.40/day with an average of 0.13 kg/person/day. The existing evacuation of this barangay is the Papaya Sports center of the municipality.

Barangay Pulong Matong is the host barangay of General Tinio National High School which is the second largest secondary school in the province next to Nueva Ecija High School.
It was established in the** year 1975** upon the declaration of Presidential Decree No. 86 of the Late President Ferdinand E. Marcos together with Poblacion Central, Poblacion East, Poblacion West, San Pedro and Sampaguita.
The total land area of this barangay is Ninety Two and 70/100 Hectares (92.70 has.). It is 1.2 kilometers away from the municipal hall of the town. There are 28 business establisments in the area that supply the basic and other needs of the community.
The 2022 National Tax Allotment (NTA) of this barangay is about Three Million Nine Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Six Pesos (Php3,976,736.00).
The 2022 projected population and household of this barangay is 1,904 and 587 respectively, while the population density of this barangay is 1,820.93 populations per square kilometer.
In terms of Water Supply Pulong Matong has 185 existing water connections for 925 households with an average water daily consumption of 20.20 cubic meters. Municipals’ water source such as tanks and pumps can also be found in this barangay. There are 562 household served by NEECO II-Area 2 comprising of 4.39% of the total electric consumers of the municipality.
The waste generation of this barangay is about 523.31/day with an average of 0.32 kg/person/day. The existing evacuation of this barangay is the Papaya Sports Center and its Barangay Hall.

Barangay Palale is the last but not the least barangay in the Municipality of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija which was established in 1982 previously a sitio of Barangay Nazareth and part of Palayan City. However, in 1999, under the leadership of Mayor Virgilio Abes Bote, the Local Government of General Tinio filed a territorial dispute to reclaim Palale from the City of Palayan and on September 7, 2006 by virtue of the Decision of Supreme Court First Division in G.R. No. 169089, Barangay Palale was declared as part of the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipality of General Tinio, Nueva Ecija.
The total land area of this barangay is Three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen hectares (3,816.00 has) and it is 2.2 kilometers away from the Municipal Hall of the town. The major source of water in this barangay is the Talictic Creek draining to the City of Palayan and Municipality of Laur. There are two existing bridges in this barangay (1-steel bridge and 1-hanging cable bridge) that can carry 10 tons and 2 tons respectively.
The 2022 National Tax Allotment (NTA) of this barangay is about Three Million Four Hundred Fifty Six Thousand One Hundred Sixty Three Pesos (Php3,456,163.00).
The 2022 projected population and household of this barangay is 1,611 and 372 respectively. It is the smallest populated barangay in terms of population size. while the population density of this barangay is 38.1 population per square kilometer.
Palale Elementary School can be found in this barangay with total enrolees of 157 pupils, 8 teachers with a teacher- student ratio of 1:18 with an existing 9 operational classrooms.
Since this barangay can be considered as Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged area (GIDA) in the municipality there are no business establishments recorded operating in the area as of this time.
In terms of Electricity, there are 1,108 household served by NEECO II-Area 2 comprising of 8.66% of the total electric consumers of the municipality.
The waste generation of this barangay is about 715.82 kgs./day with an average of 0.52 kg/person/day. There are two (2) existing evacuation in this barangay namely: East Elementary School and Barangay Gymnasium.
